About QOMSBOC 2024
Welcome to QOSMBOC 2024! Registration for this conference includes:
- Plenary speaker talks
- Networking opportunities with graduate students, postdocs, industry representatives, and our career panelists
- Access to three days of fantastic student talks and posters
- Access to the EWOC career panel (Friday night)
- Access to our Friday Night Mixer, including one drink ticket & snacks!
- Access to the Saturday Night Social, including drink tickets and dinner!
- Lunch on Saturday
- Coffee breaks on Saturday and Sunday
Please note that we have a limited number of spots available for the CV workshop. If you would like to sign up for the CV workshop, please purchase a Student/Postdoc (CV Workshop) ticket at checkout. There is no additional cost associated with participating in the CV workshop.
Sustainability Statement: QOMSBOC 2024 is committed to minimizing our environmental impact. We encourage guests to bring their own reusable water bottles and travel mugs for water/coffee breaks. We also encourage the use of attendees' own notepads/tablets, as we will not be providing additional notebooks.
Refund Policy: Tickets to QOMSBOC 2024 are refundudable (less a $25 processing fee) until October 21, 2024. After October 21, refunds will no longer be processed.
