Sustainability Statement: QOMSBOC 2026 is committed to minimizing our environmental impact. We encourage guests to bring their own reusable water bottles and travel mugs for water/coffee breaks. We also encourage the use of attendees' own notepads/tablets, as we will not be providing additional notebooks.
Code of Conduct: QOMSBOC 2026 is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Participants violating these rules may be told to leave the conference at the discretion of the organizers. In registering for this event, you acknowledge that you have read and will abide by this code of conduct.
Refund Policy: Tickets to QOMSBOC 2026 are refundable (less a $25 processing fee) until October 23, 2026. After October 23, refunds will no longer be processed.
